I know first hand how priorities change after having a baby, and how we can be left in a body we no longer recognise, so for the last 2 years it's been my mission to develop my knowledge and help women not only with their physical but also mental health, supporting them to achieve their goals, whilst still managing the juggle of motherhood! I work with women who are committed to making themselves a priority, but need a helping hand in proving they can feel confident and fit again!
I'm passionate about helping Mummy's and Mums-to-be feel strong, powerful, fit and confident in their bodies. Health and fitness has been a huge part of my life ever since my early twenties and 8 years of my life I spent teaching PE in Secondary Schools. I have always had a passion to encourage a healthy and active lifestyle and since becoming a Mum myself back in 2019 my focus shifted to helping mums feel confident in their postpartum bodies.
